The Zone Selection is a dispenser on the left side of the Plot Indicator. Place your Build Tokens in here to build the Zone that matches the Build Token. When a plot is empty the Plot Modification Selector is covered and when the plot has something on it, the Plot Modification Selector becomes visible and the Zone Selection is covered with a colored wool block (the color reflects the type of zone is on the plot).
