Land Value

Land Value is the most important feature in Simburbia. This decides whether or not Plots will develop, and whether or not you will have a city.

A completely separate Zone built away from anything else will have a +0 land value. Two zones of the same type built next to each other (such as 2 residential) will combine land values to make them both +1. You can repeat this until +4, which is the highest land value, and the lowest possible amount is -4. Also, the higher the land value, the higher the Density.
